Why are prices not shown?
Paid plans are in early access while we set them with our first customers. Ask, and we will tell you the price for what you need; it will not go up for you when the plan is public. Enterprise is priced to fit, by the machines you run.
What currency do you charge in?
US dollars. Your bank may convert it to your own currency.
Can I cancel?
At any time, from your account. A paid plan runs to the end of the period you paid for, and does not renew.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. See the refund policy.
What happens if I go over a limit?
Nothing stops. What you already run keeps running; adding more waits until you remove something or move to a bigger plan.
Is self-hosting really free?
Yes. Meshploy is open source under Apache-2.0. You pay only for the servers you run it on, to whoever you buy them from.
